Personal data we process

If you complete the quote or contact forms on this site we process your name, company name, email address, telephone number and whatever you include in your message. Technical data such as IP address and browser information may also be recorded during your visit.

Purposes

Your data is processed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a price quotation, run order and dispatch processes, meet our contractual obligations and comply with statutory retention duties.

Legal basis

Processing relies on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and email service providers and the carriers involved in dispatch. Disclosure may be made to authorised public bodies to the extent required by law.

Retention

Data submitted through the forms is kept for a maximum of two years where no commercial relationship follows, and for the periods required by applicable legislation where one does.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
