From die to pallet, in one building
The facility is laid out to follow the production flow: the line starts at the board store, passes through printing and cutting, and ends at gluing and packing. Keeping work in progress inside the building shortens lead times and cuts the risk of damage.

Die shop
Why we cut our own dies
Time
Waiting in a queue at an outside die shop costs a week on most jobs. In our own shop that comes down to 3–5 working days.
Cost
With no middleman the tooling cost drops, and because the die stays with us, a repeat order carries no second charge.
Revisions
If the sample shows a mismatch we can revise the die the same day — something that would take days if we depended on an outside workshop.
