Why Uluocak
We don't subcontract. Your box is made start to finish in our plant.
In this trade most jobs run in pieces: the die is cut in one place, printing is bought somewhere else, die-cutting goes to a third workshop. We do all of it ourselves — which is why lead times stay short and one party stays responsible.
Food-grade materials
We use ink, adhesive and board approved for direct food contact, and issue a compliance document per shipment on request.
Our own die shop
Dies for custom sizes are cut in-house. Because nothing goes outside, both the lead time and the tooling cost come down.
Offset print quality
4+0 and 4+1 offset printing, matt or gloss lamination, UV varnish, foil stamping and embossing — all in the same plant.

How we work
From the first conversation to palletised delivery
On stock dies the whole process closes in seven working days. Jobs that need a custom die add the tooling time on top of that.
STEP 01
Brief & measure
We talk through your product, quantity and budget. If needed we take a sample into the plant and measure it.
STEP 02
Artwork & proof
We prepare your artwork for press. Before you sign off we send a digital proof and a plain box mock-up.
STEP 03
Tooling
If a stock die fits we start the same day. For custom sizes we cut the die in our own die shop.
STEP 04
Print & cut
Offset printing, lamination or varnish, die-cutting and gluing, with press sheets checked at every stage.
STEP 05
Dispatch
Palletised or boxed delivery — our own vehicle inside Türkiye, contracted freight for export.
Certificates and compliance
Packaging that touches food should carry paperwork.
Most of what we make comes into direct contact with food. We share copies of our documents and of the material specifications whenever you ask for them.
Trademark Registration
The Uluocak mark is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. A copy is available on request.
Food Contact Compliance
We hold a food contact compliance document for the products that require it, and can issue it per shipment.
Materials and inks
We use food-safe inks and adhesives, and keep supplier documentation for every board grade on file.
