How We Work
There are five steps between the first phone call and a pallet at your door. If one of our stock dies fits, the whole thing closes in seven working days; a custom die adds its own time on top. At every point you know where your order stands.
Step 01
Brief & measure
We talk through what you make, how many you need and what your budget is. If you do not have the dimensions, send us a sample and we measure it at the plant. This is where it becomes clear whether one of our stock dies fits — and if it does, both the time and the cost drop noticeably.
Time: same day
Step 02
Artwork & proof
We lay your artwork onto the dieline and prepare it for press. Before you sign off you get two things: a digital proof on screen, and a plain box mock-up in your hands. You can put your product in the mock-up and confirm the fit.
Time: 1–2 working days
Step 03
Tooling
If a stock die fits, this step is skipped and we go straight to press. For a custom size we cut the die in our own die shop, so there is no queue to wait in. The tooling charge is one-off and is not repeated on your next order.
Time: none on a stock die, 3–5 working days on a custom die
Step 04
Print & cut
Offset printing, then lamination or varnish, then die-cutting and gluing. At press start we compare against the proof you approved, and pull sheets at intervals through the run. Colour drift is caught here.
Time: 4–6 working days
Step 05
Dispatch
A final check and piece count is done before palletising. Within Türkiye we deliver with our own vehicle; for export we work with a contracted freight forwarder and attach the required paperwork.
Time: 1–2 working days
FAQ
About the process
How long does a quote take?
If one of our stock dies fits, we quote the same day. Jobs needing a custom die need 24 hours for the drawing and costing.
How do I find out where my order is?
One person follows your order from start to finish. We let you know when it goes to press and when it is ready to ship, and you can call the same number in between.
Can the timeline be compressed for urgent jobs?
On stock dies and unprinted work we can shorten it considerably. On printed work, lamination and glue curing set a limit on how far it can be pushed.
How does payment work?
First orders are on prepayment or a deposit. For regular customers we agree credit terms together.
