What we hold
Trademark Registration
The Uluocak mark is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. A copy is available on request.
Food Contact Compliance
We hold a food contact compliance document for the product groups that require it, and can supply it per shipment.
Supplier material documents
Declarations of compliance are kept on file for every board grade, ink and adhesive we use.
Quality control
Where production is checked
Quality control is not a single gate at the end; it happens at five points along the line. A fault is caught at the next step at the latest, so a bad batch stops before it reaches the customer.
Board intake — weight and moisture measurement
Press start — comparison against the approved proof
During the run — periodic sheet pulls and checks
After die-cutting — dieline and lock fit check
Before palletising — final visual check and piece count
Materials policy
Everything that touches food is documented
Ink and adhesive
For food contact products we use low-migration inks and food-safe adhesive, bought from fixed suppliers whose declarations we archive batch by batch.
Board
For food packaging we prefer virgin fibre board. Board with recycled content is used only in outer packaging that does not touch food.
Surface finishes
Lamination and varnish stay on the outer face of the box. Only food-safe coating is applied to the inner face.
