About custom production
What does the die cost?
Tooling cost depends on the size and complexity of the box and is billed once. Reordering on the same die carries no second charge.
Do I own the die?
A die you have paid for belongs to you and is stored in our plant under your name. We will hand it over if you ask for it.
Do you do the design?
We prepare the structural drawing, the cutting rule and the technical dieline. Graphic design is separate — if you have none, we can refer you to agencies we work with.
Can it be done under 3,000 pcs?
Tooling and make-ready are fixed costs, so the unit price climbs steeply at low volumes. Still, tell us about the project — some jobs can be adapted onto a stock die, which lowers the floor.
