Folding Carton Boxes
The tuck-lock folding carton is the most widely used form in packaging. Cut and glued from a single piece of kraft, coated or bristol board, it ships flat and is set up at the point of use — so it takes almost no warehouse space and keeps freight costs down.

About folding cartons
Is the die charged separately?
If one of our stock dies fits, there is no tooling charge. A custom size is billed once for the die; on repeat orders we use the same die at no further cost.
Do you make unprinted boxes?
Yes. Plain kraft or white board cartons are produced without printing, which brings both the cost and the lead time down.
I have no artwork — can you handle it?
We prepare the structural drawing and dieline ourselves. For graphic design we can refer you to studios we work with, or simply place your existing logo on the dieline.
Can I see a sample first?
Before going to press we send a plain box mock-up and a digital proof. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
